I have a 2 month old and have been exclusively breastfeeding. One of my breasts is larger than the other, feels like it did when I was engorged and is a little warm. This has happened twice in the last couple of weeks, and the last time it went away after a couple of days. What could this be? It is frustrating because it is uncomfortable, and I really don't want to have to go to the doctor just to have them tell me there is they can do ie. it isn't Mastitis. Help!
