Sinex nose spray

This may sound like a ridiculous question, but does anyone know if you can use Sinex spray for blocked noses when breastfeeding? I know you can't take decongestant medicines, but don't know about the spray. Google just says "seek medical advice if breastfeeding". Could do with a better night's sleep tonight....

Obviously the night is gone now - hope you got some sleep! Ask a pharmacist durring the day today. if they advise against (which they probably will unless the active ingredient is really very benign, as it's generally best to be on the safe side and not have aany unnecessary chemicals while you are pg if you can help it) the get some saline nasal spray (which is suitable for babies and can't do any harm - that can help just loosen things up a bit.

Hope you slept OK! Check the ingredients on the bottle, if the active ingredient is oxymetazoline then here is what you need to know.

I was using it last week and noticed no effects on breastfeeding. Or on my sinuses, unfortunately Grin
