My dd feeds every 3 hours in the day and to be honest is similar at night. Occasionally she goes to 4 at night and she has gone longer at night but not in the last two weeks. Since birth she has cluster fed all evening. It was from about 6-midnight off but in the last month its been from after bath 7.30 till about 10 then asleep. Last week she was going through 12 week growth spurt I think because she wanted feeding every 2 hours in the day but she has been back to roughly every 3 hours this week until today...
She fed at 7 then 9 then wouldn't feed till 1 but didn't really do it properly and only took one breast. Then fed again at 2. Seemed to ask for food at 5 but then screamed at breast and took ages to calm and fed at six. She then was all smiley, had her bath and I tried to feed her after bath at 8 as would normally do and she screamed blue murder. She is now asleep on dh. She never normally sleeps at this time.

Really confused. She had injections this week could that have upset her. 2 four hour gaps in one day has never happened before and to be honest my boobs hurt a bit.

Growth spurts can make them sleepy as well as hungry so could still be that or injections which also make them sleepy. My LO has gone 4 hrs in the days several times at that age with no I'll effects ie. still sleeps at night. Normally I offer at least every 2-3 hrs in the day but an occasional longer stretch doesn't worry me if they're otherwise happy.

Probably won't last, things never seem to!
