...and I think I know the answer, but, if I eat loads of chocolate and cake (on top of my normal healthy diet) will by DS end up with a sweet tooth/overweight when he's older?? I'm EBF and can't get enough cake and chocolate and have been troughing since he was born 4 months ago...

My daughter is in serious trouble if that's true :)

Enjoy, he'll be fine :)

As is my LO!

Food can effect the taste of your breastmilk, but I don't think chocolate will make it taste a huge amount sweeter. Although....imagine if you could eat chocolate and then produce chocolate milk....

I find when my DS goes through a growth spurt I crave sweet foods.... Sainsburys strawberry pencils for me!
