hi, does anyone know how long ebm stays warm in an insulated bottle bag?? and how long its good for once warmed?? mtia xx

I believe you're meant to use it within one hour of being warmed. I wouldn't put it warm into an insulated bottle bag myself - I think that's a bit risky. If you take it out of the fridge (and it hasn't been frozen) or it's freshly expressed, it's fine at room temp for up to eight hours. Fridge-cold and straight into an insulated bag might even give you slightly longer than eight hours.

oooh thanks for that! it will least 2 hours from fridge to feed and i was worried about bacteria etc with warm milk sitting out! thanks x
