Biting babies and sore nipples

A good news story.

Last week dd (9.5months) bit me and didn't let go. After all the usual: stop feeding, "no, don't bite, sorry mummy...", we tried again and she bit again actually drawing blood. Cue yelping mum, crying dd and gulty mum.

We've had 6 days of agony (think starting bf all over again, toe-curling) and thoughts of stopping bf. Her 2 teeth rest exactly where it hurts.

Anyway 1 wk later and this morning its as if it never happened. No mark, no pain :) just thought i'd share for anyone else suffering with a little biter!

That is good to hear - mine bit me the other day and didn't let go - I thought there'd be blood and a gaping wound but there wasn't...I've had to dig out my tube of lansinoh though!
