White spot in mouth

My 15wo DS is EBF and I have noticed a white spot in his gum - I think he has had one before but this one is bigger.

I have no pain in my nipples or white spots myself but could it still be thrush or does anyone know what this could be?

It doesn't seem to be bothering him as he's still feeding like a shire horse!

Honestly don't know sorry Impatient, but hopefully this will bump for you.

Hi OP

Could it be a pearl cyst? Try google and see if it matches what your DS has.

They are just small apparently painless lumps on the gum or in the mouth that clear without treatment.

Might be worth trip to the GP on monday if you are worried though Smile
