New Avent bottles & teats

Hello, I might be being incredibly thick here, but how do you tell which teat is which? Is there a number on them to tell them apart? I'm sure I saw one once but now think I must have imagined it?! At the moment I'm judging them by the size if the hole but that's hard when they come out the start loser and are all wet.

Please someone tell me as I'm sure I must be missing something!

Yes, there is a number on them. It is close to the rim. I laughed at you thinking you had imagined seeing a number, because I did the same

I'm at the window holding them up to the light and still can't see it?!

I can see the words 'Avent' and 'Philips' so I'm not blind....

The number should be above the words, on the other bit of the teat.

Nope! This is driving me nuts! I can feel the words, they're slightly raised and gave run my fingers over the rest if the teat (oo er) and nada!

Are yours the new ones with the 'petals'?

Mine are the new anti-colic slightly gold-coloured ones.

Hmmm, think they're diff to mine but logic says they should still be in roughly the same place.

I might have to email Philips!!

I totally see them now...

Just been to Boots as I wanted another no2 teat and I could clearly see the number '2' on the new ones. I came home convinced that my ones don't have the same....and they do. They're mocking me now!

Guess I was looking too hard. Feel like a right plonkers now!
