Get him off my boobs!

DS is 22 wks old and is BF and then topped up with formula each feed. This last week I've been trying to replace a lunchtime feed with just a bottle as I won't be able to juggle solids, bottles and boobs. This was going ok, DH had the week off so he was giving him the bottle. DS kept crying for the boob but DH eventually got it down him. Then on the weekend DS was vomiting and all he would drink was boob. So back to square one! I need to introduce a second bottle this week really. How do I do this without DH's help and without the poor baby crying for my boobs? It breaks my heart!

SOB Sad

Please help.

Would it not be easier to juggle food and boobs than food and bottles?

It would be but I don't have enough milk and I don't want to spend 3 weeks on the sofa trying to raise the supply. I'd quite like a bit of freedom now.

You do have enough milk Smile

Honestly juggling boobs/food is easier. I found my bf boy took to food much better than my formula fed boy
