13 day old, desperate for a full nights sleep! Do I wake her by changing and feeding her now or wait a hour? She normally wakes at 12, 3 and 5. Had a bath at 6, awake until 8 snuggling.

Hi Pickles. Congratulations on the birth of your LO Smile
You are doing fantastically. Only you can do this job which is why it's exhausting. Those early days are excruciating but it does get easier. You are not shit and she doesn't hate you, which will be far more obvious when her focus improves and she follows you round the room, only having eyes for you. Hang in there, rest when you can, get out when you feel like it (being out won't impact on her sleep pattern at all at this stage - so don't give yourself a hard time about her sleeping when you're out;she'll sleep when she wants), eat well and drink plenty. Fwiw, I cried every evening at around 5 o'clock when DD2 was about a fortnight old coz I thought I was a shit mother to her and DD1, and couldn't cope but it's just hormones. It does get better, really, it does.
