Is she getting enough milk?

My DD is now at a childminders while I am at work in the day. She is nearly 6 months old.
Today she had about 9oz EBM milk, of which about 1oz was mixed in with breakfast. So she actually drank 8oz. Plus 1oz water. She had a little bit of broccili and cauliflour for lunch, but suddenly seems to be refusing lunch food, despite the fact we started on lunches not breakfasts.
I picked her up at 4:30 and brought her home. She had a 30 min breastfeed, then she had another 20 mins at 6:30, and I'm getting ready to feed her now before she goes to bed. She may feed for anything between 10-20 mins. She also had a 15 min feed this morning before going to the CM.
Do you think she is getting enough milk?

I'm sure she'll get enough. How long has she been at the childminders?

(I've known 6 month olds who managed on just morning and evening feeds. She may suddenly start snacking more in the night, though.)

i would think so, esp with you still feeding her, my ds at 7mths only had a morn and pm feed from me and i assumed it was enough.

Hi Elf! Glad to hear that your DD is drinking EBM with the childminder. Sounds like she's getting enough milk - she'll feed longer if she needs more, IME. Hope work's OK and you're not missing her too much.

she has only had two full days plus two three hour settle in periods.
she's only had 10oz max on the long days, 3oz max on the 3hr periods. She seems happy and alert when I pick her up, though it slightly unsettled me when she tried to bury her head down my top when I picked up her but wouldn't take a bottle!

HM - yes, I'm missing her like crazy! (thanks for your advice on the other thread as well :))
Thanks everybody for the reassurance, logically I knew if she was hungry, she'd feed, but it's nice to have the thought affirmed!
