Myfitnesspal and breastfeeding

Has anyone combined the two?

Just wondering if their normal calorie calculations would affect my supply. I need to do something though as I've list the plot weight wise since feeding.

Thanks

It won't harm your supply at all, but it might make you feel rubbish if you drop too many calories. However, they have a thing for breastfeeding there. I think it's in activities/exercise and it adds on 500 cals for breastfeeding a newborn or gives different options for different ages of child/no of breastfeeds per day and gives you extra calories accordingly.

I'm not bfing anymore but am on MFP and am friends with some Mums who do Bf on there.

Like midori says, you can add on the calories for bfing. I think Slimming World and Weightwatchers are also bfing compatible.

Have you thought of something like BuggyFit?
