When I feed, especially the night feed the other boob can't help joining in! I feel like I'm wasting so much needed milk, any ideas on how to stop it!! Thanks.

Wear a breast shell and put the milk in a cool bag you keep by the bed. Then freeze for a later date. Or just pad your bra with big pads. I know it seems a shame when it leaks but there will be lots more!

Lilypadz silicone breast pads actually stop the leak not mop it up, but only for a minor leak, medela breast shells if there's lots, Johnson pads are also good as they contain that stuff that's in nappies that turns liquid into gel.

Press your nipple hard with the heel of your hand and hold it there till a minute or so after it lets down.

What AuntPepita said!

Yep, what AuntPepita said Grin

Went through thousands of breastpads until I learned to do this.

Pinching it 'shut' works too.
