Love the bottles, anyone suggest any other teats I can use with avent bottles?
TIA

MAM ULTIvent fit. They are softer than avent.

we used tommee tippee Nuby teats (with dimples) on the avent bottles. Would never buy avent teats again - they are rubbish!!

Another vote for mam

Tried out mam ultivent on DS (3 weeks old) on Friday - took it without a flicker. They are flattish, so nipple like, with a sort of soft but textured feel. I love em Grin

Mam site sends free samples too.

We .used Maws variflow teats (but that was 3 years ago), but they were great

gingernut · 19/03/2006 20:24

Maws variflo have been rebranded Tommee Tippee variflo and I would recommend them too (they are softer than Avent ones which my ds1 couldn't get on with at all).

I'm using mam ultivent with this baby (having used avent and tommee tippee with previous ones) - I think they are by far the best. great shape and texture. avent are crappy. hth

I think the Avent ones are a little bit hard. We are happy with Dr Browns, but we bought the bottles too. I was interested to read about free samples from MAM ... will investigate!

Flamesparrow ... googled for MAM site ... couldnt find anything about free samples. Could you give more directions please?
