My dd2 was doing 10-4 since birth up until about 8 weeks, then she's been doing less, more so ( 7pm-930/10) then I take her up to bed and usually she's rooting so dream feed at 10ish. Then she usually does 12/1 3/4 6/7. This is when she's not poo'ing regular???

What can I eat to help her poo regular? Some days shell go a few times a days then she'll wait a few days before doing another one making her fidgety in between feeds at night. She never cries for feeds. I can just tell as she's rooting and not settling on her dummy or on her own...

When she does go her poo is still the yellow runny type so I'm puzzled!

What can I eat?? I love it when she's poo'd as she then usually does 7-1 straight back off. From feed until 6 ish or 10-4 then 8

Struggled to make head or tail of your post, think it could be one of those which makes more sense to you, than it does to the reader! So, sorry if I miss the point, but I think you are wondering what you can eat to help her poo... I find if I drink much fresh orange juice that has the desired result.

answer to your question is there isn't anything you can eat that will make a differences.

As your babies poo is still soft and yellow then she isn't constipated. it's normal for breastfed babies to sometimes go days between poos. The discoverer she's showing is either just a coincidence or her gut still adjusting to processing milk.

Try baby massage, gentaly massage her tummy in a clock wise direction. Never do it the other way.
