Dd2 was feeding every 2 hours in the day. Short snacks feeds. And doing roughly 10-3/10-4 at night until about 3 weeks ago. She now does 3 hrs at a time at night. Hive or take a bit. Growth spurt? I remember dd1 doing this so maybe.
Also. Her poo patterns vary, she can go regularly then doesn't go for a coule of days. Which makes her fidgety in the night and maybe this is why she's feeding more to comfort tummy ache?
Dd1 also use to do this and went 9 days without a poo once! Then she made up for it! Lol maybe she's just storing the goodness??
She's gaining weight well, and doesn't cry or fuss for feeds, especially in the night. I can tell she's hungry as she doesn't stop fidgeting. And once she feeds she's asleep. Dd2 is a
very content and happy so im not complaining. And I don't mind feeding so much in the day, just wondered why she's going less time at night, I do notice this more when she has t had a poo so maybe it is poo related?! Or indeed a continuing growth spurt. 6-9m baby gro's and all!
