Quick question - thawing frozen ebm

I have some ebm in the freezer I want to use tomorrow evening. It's in those tommee tippee 2oz pots. Do I need to take it out tonight or in the morning? TIA

If it thaws in the fridge, it's good for 24 hours. If you thaw it eg under running cool tap, you have to use it straightaway.
So I'd take it out tonight and leave in fridge.
