Couldnt find a comfortable bra at all last time and about to attempt breast feeding again in a few weeks.

Spam me your recommendations!

I think I would prefer crop-top style maybe??

Ok - it's not very attractive, I know but it's unbelievably comfy and more supportive than it looks www.mybravadobra.co.uk/bravado-original-nursing-bra/

Happy breastfeeding!

I've just got a couple of the Anna Cecilia ones - early days but they seem good and I like the zips instead of those infernal clips that I just can't get on with! Another bonus of course is that the come in sizes suitable for my enormo boobs - I am somewhat restricted in choice!

I had some Miriam Stoppard ones from Debenhams 3 years ago, in fact they were so comfortable, supportive and gave good shape that I wore them for quite some time after I'd stopped feeding DD, and eventually i wore them for running instead of buying sports bras!

They are very plain looking tho, and had a strange inner layer which looked rather like a peephole bra, when you clipped the cup down!

I went to Bravissimo and got properly fitted for a couple of their nursing bras. Do NOT for the love of Mike go to M&S and get them to fit you. 80% of women are indeed wearing the wrong size, largely thanks to M&S.

Hotmilk bras look lovely and are the comfiest bras I've ever owned too. Look online at nursingbrashop. Good luck!

Sprogged · 30/08/2012 19:55

Tesco sports bras - not the ones you pull ove ryour head (like the ones shown online) but the normal fastening ones. £6. Pull the cup up, let baby feed, pull it back down again. 2 years and still going strong whilst my 7 Mothercare specialist ones have fallen apart within weeks.

Disclaimer - I loathe Tesco :)

Hotmilk

Namethattune · 30/08/2012 21:05

I second HotMilk. Expensive, but well worth it in my opinion.

ZuleikaD · 31/08/2012 06:48

Also I've just had a quick look and there are lots of Hotmilk bras on ebay (someone's selling their knickers with theirs, ewww) though you'd have to get properly measured first. I definitely recommend Bravissimo for that.

Bravado definitely
