It's working for us in that we are now mix feeding but even though I'm bf every feed I still need to top up most feeds. dS just does not settle otherwise, I just am not sure that supply is coming up even though he's sucking lots - latch is fine.

I'm taking 1 x 10mg three times a day. Other sites people seem to be taking a lot more, was going to ask dr to up the dose just wonder what others have taken. Thanks

I took 4 x 3 tablets (ie. 12 30mg tablets a day). Combined with regular expressing and feeding as much as humanly possible, it worked well for me, and my supply has remained good now that I've weaned myself off them. You'll need to find a sympathetic GP to prescribe that dosage, though. If you google "dr jack newman" and "domperidone", you'll find a guidance sheet by a Canadian doctor about its use in boosting milk supply - you could print it off and take it to the GP? Hth.

Thanks Molly. Spoke to go, he was having none of it, sympathetic but not happy to up dose. So... Looks like I need to up the pumping and hope that speeds things up. At least DS is latching for longer, is just horrid when he gets frustrated when there is not enough coming. Sad
