Ds2 is 4.5 months and fully BF. He has always been a long feeder 40 mins or so until about 2 weeks ago when feeds reduced to about 4-5 mins each side. He would contently go 3-4 hrs between feeds and continued to sleep 10-12 hrs overnight so I guessed he must just have got more efficient.

Since Thursday he has been really fussy at feeds, wanting more but not willing to wait for a second let down. I have just kept on swapping sides each time he gets cross but now will only latch on for about 10 secs and if no milk gets frustrated. Yesterday and today I have offered on waking and before each nap in case it is a growth spurt but so far it's not made much difference. I also did a dream feed last night and he fed 20 mins which was the longest feed so far.

It's so frustrating for both of us! Any ideas or suggestions?
