Hello ds now 5 wks good weight on the dairy free formula.
I stopped bf due to thrush in my milk ducts and nipples so I was in tears cleared up now
That was 2wks ago also I have colitis so can't have fibre I would really like to try and start feeding again how would I go about it I would like to bf first thing in the morning and last thing at night

You can relactate, but it will be a lot of work you will probably need to do more then two feeds a day to keep up a supply. or at lest pump inbetween feeds.

It may involve a lot of pumping to start with if you lo isn't keen to latch on right away.
