Is there a 2 week growth spurt?

DD is 2 weeks and since yesterday evening has been much more restless than usual and feeding (ff) more frequently.

She was ok in night, mostly 3 hours between feeds, but not settling well in between. In fact she was wide awake between 10-12 and 3.30-5.30.

She has had 3oz ar last feed but demanded more. I have tried winding, dummy etc first. Worried about over-feeding her, as this is an issue I think with FF.

There is definitely a growth spurt at 2 weeks. And at 3 weeks. I think I'd just keep feeding in this instance.

Thanks! Just trying to avoid projectile vomit which we had in first week when she fed too much. She seems happy now.
I'll up her bottles to 4oz too I think.

yes to griwtg spurt at 2 weeks. not sure about over feeding - perhaps just go with dds lead, and be guided by weight gain.
