Hi, after a few months of only wearing soft cupped feedings bras I wondered if I could occasionally wear some with underwiring? Looks like we have settled into ebf for the longhaul but would like to have more options in the underwear department!

I did, but DD2s definition of BF stretched into many years.

I think once feeding is well established, milk supply and demand settle and you don't seem to get engorge and uncomfortable. Then I found any prep regnant bra fitted perfectly well and didn't cause a problem.

This may not be the case if it's your first DC.

DD1 didn't BF much, but shoved my ribs up and out when I was PG. I've been one chest size larger ever since.

I never even bought a soft cup bra the second time round, I hated the soft cup ones. There are plenty of under wired nursing bras available, but it must fit properly to avoid problems. Figleaves have the biggest selection of under wired ones, though there are still more available, just google underwired nursing bras.
