Fed up of TTippee bottles measurements rubbing off

I fed my last DC with TT bottles which had raised measurements on the bottles, which at the time I thought were a total pain because you could only see the numbers in a certain light so....

With my new DC, I bought some new bottles which had the measurements stamped in black instead and which have now all rubbed off. I've contacted TT who have asked for them to be sent back but clearly this is either a design fault or they want you to continually buy new bottles.

I'm so fed up with the whole malarky I'm thinking of swapping to Avent instead but I'm worried 4 month old DD won't like a new teat. Shall I just get a couple and see how she gets on?

I would send them back, dd's bottles are over a year old and there is nothing wrong with them. Could be a faulty batch?

Sun cream?
I'm pretty sure that is what wrecked mine.

All I've done is wash them in warm water. Maybe they are a faulty batch.
