Hi, I really am at the point now that i want to stop breastfeeding. My DD is 6months old and i feel like i've done what i needed but now it's time for me to move on and get DD on formula during the day. i'm happy to do a morning and evening feed/night feed on the boob but want to get her on formula during the day. one reason being that i'll be going back to work in October...
now my little one is a bit stubborn when it comes to her milk. She refuses bottles and although she is happy to drink water from a cup, i struggle to get her to take a whole feed of FF from the cup. She is having a little but not enough...
i started her on solids and she's having breakfast and lunch- again only little, maybe 2-3 teaspoons, but it's a start. as they still need 500-600ml of milk a day i worry that she won't get enough if i just refuse to give her boob. then again i don't want to be cruel.... she does get so mad if she doesn't get her milk, proper tantrum.
any suggestions? i'm really at the end as i've been trying for a while. so any new and fresh ideas welcome.
