Enforced break from bf: what will happen

I am mixed feeding my DD. She will be six months in a few weeks, when I will have to leave her to travel abroad for four, maybe five days. By then I think I will be down to one bf in the morning and one before bed. I really don't want to end this at six months, I would like to keep doing this for a few months more. How can I make sure my supply remains 'flowing', and is there a way to do this without using a breast pump?
Tia for your help!

If you don't want to use a breast pump you will need to hand express.

learn to hand express, many mums fine it more efficient then a pump anyway.

Why no pump? They vary quite a bit, if you disliked or found one ineffective another may be fine. Hand expressing works too.
