Tummy bug and BFing

DD2 is 3months old
DS1 was sick Sunday night, then generously handed me the bug so I was ill last night.
He is now right as rain so seems to be a short lived thing but DD2 is EBF and has been pretty unsettled today - is my milk poorer quality/less satisfying because I haven't eaten today? Do I need to feed her more frequently?

You can just feed on demand as normal and just keep your fluids up, as you would obviously!

DD and I caught a tummy bug from my older DC's when she was around 3 months old. I just fed her through it, but she got better before me and more quickly than the rest of us!
