DS3 (10 months) bit my right breast really hard last night while feeding. I think he was either frustrated with his stuffed up nose or he's teething again. He tends to get a bit 'bitey' when a tooth's coming in.

Anyway it is now very painful when he feeds on that side. It's ok when he's not feeding so I assume the tissue is bruised and being painfully compressed when he latches on.

What can I do about the pain? Should I actually go and get checked out? I know I can't just not feed on that side until it's better-tempting as that is.

I would take a couple of ibuprofen and go easy on that side tonight.
