Ds is 13 months old and still has A LOT of formula (some days up to 25oz in 24hrs).
Do u think its ok to replace all this milk with cows milk? He eats very well too and gets all the recommend food groups and is a v strong little boy.
Any thoughts...?

Yep, can have cows milk from 12 months

As your DC is over 12months they can have cows milk. You can change over gradually, or just do it as and when you reach the end of your formula supply! You will find it a lot cheaper too Grin

Yep, dd went onto cows milk just before her first birthday (didn't want to buy another tub of formula) and she didn't even notice!

Yep definitely! My little boy was a bit fussy so I made the formula as normal just a bit less and topped the bottle up with cows milk and gradually over a week or two he was on just cows milk. Some little ones don't even notice tho!

he doesn't seem to mind it.. it just feels funny that he will be drinking so much cows milk but I know that formula is cows milk based anyway so I think I'm just being weird!
Thanks for your replies.
