Quick milk storage question

If expressing just for the odd feed, say 3 to 4 times a week ish, can I store the milk in a feeding bottle or does it need to be in a special sealed pot or bag? Do I need lids?

If you're expressing for feed that day, I'd store the milk in a feeding bottle in the fridge until it was needed (with a lid). If you're storing it for longer,I'd thing about bags because having lots of bottles with a few oz of milk in them takes up lots of fridge/freezer space.

I would store it in a bag as you can heat the milk in the bag which is way quicker than heating a bottle, then just pour it in. Also takes up less fridge space

Thanks, didn't want to get yet more stuff to clutter the kitchen with if I don't need it!

The Lansinoh bags are really good. Thick and have a double seal.

If you freeze them flat, they don't take up much space and defrost really quickly.
