Hourly daytime bf at 12 weeks!

My dd2 is suddenly gnawing her fists and rooting every hour or so.

My poor boobies are empty and sore and I am shattered. I would love to go to bed and do nothing but bf and sleep but dd1 who is 2 1/2 would probably object....

Any advice for a newbie mn'er please?

Put it down to a growth spurt, stop trying to do anything vaguely challenging until it passes and be kind to yourself.

Your body will soon adjust supply to meet the new demand.

I just hope that my body gets a wiggle on - I feel like a dairy cow thats been strapped to the sofa.

Just the bath and bed routine to get through for dd1 and then as dh is at work its tea, chocolate and the tv remote!

Yep, definately sounds like a growth spurt, you will get through this, hopefully by the end of the weekend - just put everything on hold and keep feeding!

DD has been asleep for 4 hours now which is lovely! If my cartoon-esque boobs are anything to go by, Id say my milk supply has finally caught up!
