Breast pads

Just a quickie, if you need to use breast pads, and I do due to constant bloody leaking, what do you do with then whilst feeding? I always take mine out but when out and about where do I put it?? Don't really want to be waving them about or dropping them or leaving them in a cafe! Are they meant to stop in the bra?? This is my second baby so you'd think I'd have more of an idea!

Mine generally behaved and stayed put in the bra.

I just used to leave them in the opened cup when I folded it down. So if you fold the cup into the bra and under your breast rather than down towards your stomach then the pad stays in the cup of the bra and doesn't fall on the floor!

Just leave them in bra. Cheapo ones did not stick in well but the lansinoh ones are more adhesive and behave much better.

Tuck mine further round inside the bra, almost under my armpit (use a peephole bra rather than drop cup) or occasionally under the bra strap, depending what mood I'm in :) At home I use them as coasters

Mine get left in the bra, but DS usually has a rummage and quite often yanks them out and waves them about like little white flags. Gets you some funny looks in debenhams cafe I can tell you

Has anyone else forgotten to remove them prior to washing the bra?

EPIC fail, Black bra (obviously) hence black wash now covered in the fluff that used to be two lansinoh breast pads.

Am frankly amazed that it has taken me 6 and a bit months to manage this

curlykate where did you find peephole?

Mine genelrally get folded into brabut crunch up so I end up thinking I've lost it and finding about three at the end of the day in each cup, of they fall out and lie strewn wherever can be most shamefully. Or DD1 nicks off and plays with them

They were from debenhams I think

Miriam Stoppard ones are peephole (Debenhams sell them though other places like Ebay may be cheaper!)
