Is it safe to change formula milk?

Hi mummy's, I was wondering if is ok and safe to change formula milk? I have a 6 months baby who's has been taken aptamil from birth, we are currently on holiday and difficult to find Aptamil where we are so I bought Cow and Gate which he is drinking it we no fuss, he seems to like it, also he always seems to be quite a lot sicky with his usual formula and with the Cow and Gate he hasn't been sick so I was thinking to stick to this milk but just wondering if it is safe?

Yes, it is safe, they are all very similar wrt ingredients. As long as your baby is happy with it then it is fine.

It can make them a bit constipated, ime
diluted orange juice cures it

He seems fine, thank you mummy's I think I will stick to this new one :-)
