Is this enough milk for a 28 week old?

I've been trying to get DD to sleep longer as I am so shattered with her constant night waking. Until about a month ago she was sleeping from 7pm to about 4am and then I'd feed her and she'd go back to sleep. This was brilliant. However she has recently started to wake at 10pm, 12am, 2.30am, 3.30am etc etc and I am exhausted. Also have DS of 6 so doubly shattered.
Just this week I started to settle her but not feed until about 4.30 and this has seemed to work. She started on solids 3 weeks ago and this week has begun to eat all her tea plus a lunch as well.
I feed her 3 or 4 times a day, and I am just concerned whether she is getting enough milk. I fed DS on demand until he was 2, but I just don't have the energy to do this again, hence trying to get DD into a better routine earlier. But I don't want her to be hungry.
Any advice appreciated.
