Argh, my gorgeous PFB clusterfed for about 7-8 hrs last night and I utterly lost track of keeping feeds equal and now one boob is roughly twice the size of the other. Anyone have any advice on how to even them up? He is 4 weeks old.

Zin I'm not trained but pretty sure that if you just keep offering alternate sides from now it will sort itself out soon. I fed DS from one side for a few days at this age, once he started feeding from both sides they soon evened up and I stopped being wonky Grin.

It's pretty normal to have one breast that is better or favoured for milk production. It does even out over time.

The more you feed from one side, the more milk it will produce.

If it is giving you discomfort, you can express a little off, but just keep swapping as normal.

You and your baby are just learning how much milk to produce, so don't tamper too much.

Congrats on your baby!
