6 hours between expressing sessions - please reassure me

My little boy is in SCBU, I have had terrible trouble establishing any sort of milk supply due to emcs, bump being born 10 weeks early, stress, tiredness etc.....

I have managed to get it up to 5 or 6 feeds out of 8 with 3 hourly expressing sessions, but the last two days at hospitality have been stressful & hectic as we're preparing Minipop to come home,
I have managed to forger to express and left a 6 hour gap (with a small attempt by Minipop to bf half way)

is this going to ruin my supply? :(

I am already getting behind again as he was weighed and now needs more

Imisminipop, happily bf is not that knife-edge :)
A gap of 6 hrs once in a while will not have a permanent effect.

Expressing is best done often, for sure - and the more you can do it, the better it is for your supply now and in the future.

But no need for concern at this temporary 'lapse' :)
