8MO nipping - Ouch!

Recently when I BF my 8MO DD she grabs my boob and pulls and nips it!!

It's really painful and a few times she's bruised me - does anyone else get this???? How do I make her understand that it's not nice?

Very common! Pummelling, slapping, pinching, all happening here too. Have you tried distracting her with a Breastfeeding Necklace or a small toy?

If she hurts you, she's just about old enough to start to understand a firm 'No' and being put down/feed stopped for a while.
