My baby is 9 weeks old.
is there anybody there who feeds AFTER naps? mine refuses to be fed BEFORE nap. this makes a cycle where I have to feed him Straight after nap, otherwise later on when is alert or tires- is is TOO tired to feed. Also, he feeds for 5 min..

The Baby Whisperer books advise an EASY routine which is Eat, Activity, Sleep, You-time. Repeat.

Some babies like to drink milk before they sleep, some after. Probably best to follow what your baby wants to do.

My twins always used to want feeding as soon as they woke up from naps (and night time wakings obv.) and I never fed them before a nap. Eat, play, sleep was my usual cycle! I can't remember when this changed , I think about 3-4 months they would wake and be happy playing for a bit before they fed

Depends how lOng the nap is! If its 1-2hours then yes, quite likely to feed after, and before and during Ours is not to reason why...

I feed before. Sometimes I confuse sleepy wriggles for hungry ones (DD is 7 weeks) and feed before a nap and she doesn't like it.

I pretty much fed before and after naps but just go with what baby wants/needs. Nothing wrong with shorter feeds either - some babies are relaxed feeders and can take their time bfing, other babies are straight down to business and don't dwaddle!
