Hard lump in breast

I'm breastfeedingmy 6mo son. Have started to wean him but he still feeds regularly.
Yesterday we drove home from a holiday and he was asleep in the car, didn't wake up to ask for a feed until we got home.
Last night I expressed from my left boob and felt a hard lump on the left hand side (near my armpit), bit worried about it but when I fed him in the night he guzzled and the lump went, boob felt nice and soft.
Now I have a lump in same boob, quite big from what I can feel. It is at the front near where the two boobs meet. I've fed him off this side and expressed, massaging frantically. My bath is being resealed so I can't get in an have a soak Sad
What else can I do? I think it is a blocked duct, really really do not want it to turn into anything bad

I had this a lot when bf. I would suggest trying to massage it gently to make it disperse as you could get mastitis.
Make sure you look out for any signs of mastitis, feeling unwell, temp etc, and see a dr if you think it is infected.

Do some gentle circular massage moving from the outside of the breast, towards the nipple. Get a comb (really) and comb, again towards the nipple, also try this move with gentle tickles from the back of your fingers. Soak a flannel/muslin in hot water and lay it over your breast, or submerge it in warm water. Are you hand expressing or pump? You can be much more precise and target the lumpy area by hand.
