Dd2 has oral thrush and my nipples hurt. HV prescribed dactarin (sp) to put on me and told me to go buy a tablet to take but gps won't prescribe.
Haven't got the tablet as was a bit skeptical about taking something not advised as it does go through to bm.
But things aren't improving and noone will give me nastatin(sp) drops for baby which I think she needs.
Anyone taken or been advised to take the tablet or have any other thrush advice?
