Anyone had one of these on the nipple? How did you get rid of it..? I've see stuff about using a sterile needle to break the skin but am not so sure about that approach.... Thanks!

Had one, it was bloody painful. Advice was to let ds feed from that side until they manage to suck through, trying different angles. That didn't work for me and I had an enormous swollen section of boob. Cracked and did the sterile needle thing, I didn't put it far in just a tiny bit. It was fine I expressed afterwards and got ten ounces from that breast, such a relief. Good luck.

No problem, I should add 10 ounces was a personal best, I'm more of of a three ounces if your lucky kind of expresser. Hope yours is all better now.

Feeding worked for me even though the initial latch was very painful.
