Good question op I've been meaning to ask this too :)

Google 'tiger in the tree'. You lie baby tummy down along your forearm, their head in the crook of your arm. Bear in mind though that it is normal baby behaviour to grunt, strain and wriggle! Most babies don't need any help bringing up 'wind' - or certainly not every feed. Winding has become a bit habitual, part of the routine of what-to-do, but really isn't always necessary.

'tiger in the tree' is working wonderfully - thank you! he was struggling a bit after feeds but this has worked a treat.
