Stopped bf 2 weeks ago. Boobs getting full and uncomfortable now

We only did it once a day or so at the end and we stopped 2 weeks ago. Boobs now quite hard and uncomfortable. So I should hand express some right? But won't that just encourage them to produce more?

I'm sure you can get a drug from the Dr to stop your milk, but until then i would express if it's uncomfortable. Have you had a look at Kellymom?

It does pass, I promise! IIRC, one day I was feeling very uncomfortable. The next day I was back to normal. Don't know where the milk went!

If you still feel uncomfortable in a few days or feel any lumps, go and see your GP to get them investigated.

I have no medical knowledge, just speaking from experience with DC1. I hope someone else will be along in a minute with more advice!
