DD had her 2nd jabs today and has been very unsettled this evening so I gave her a spoonful of calpol as advised by the nurse. I have just taken 2 paracetamol myself as I have arthritis and I needed something to take the edge off of the pain.

My major worry is will the paracetamol I took get into her milk enough to cause a problem with the calpol she had i.e too much in her system? She didn't take the full 2.5mls as some got spat out and I hadn't filled the spoon totally.

Am panicking now and just stopped her feeding as it entered into my head.

Honestly I don't know but I would have thought that the actual amount that will pass from you to her via your milk will be tiny.

When did you give her the calpol? And when is she due her next feed?

Nope, you're fine to take paracetamol when your little one is having calpol

Thank you so much for that link it has really put my mind at rest. She had the calpol about half an hour ago and is now due a feed so I will let her carry on :).
