hi there. I posted a thread before about how lo wasn't gaining weight well and I was thinking about ff.
I can't seem to find the thread. Think I must have clicked 'hide' maybe. obviously not very good at mumsnetting yet.
I wanted to provide update though. As I had lots of helpful ladies responding.
So ds seemed to have a cold/cough for a while, which I think must have been affecting his feeding. I did lots of extra feeds with him, including pandering to his preference to feed lying down. And in the last 2 weeks he has gained 14 oz. So looks like we are back on track. I did try him with a bottle, but he wouldn't take it, so just as well the weight gain has increased, as bottle feeding isnt looking like an option! He's still only on 9th centile, but looks healthy and happy so think we are ok for now.
