I'm accompanying my DH and his clients to the olympics for two days (during the same week) in august. I'll be gone for the whole day and my mum is looking after DD.

DD will be 5 months and my mum will feed her ebm. I'm just wondering what I should do. I doubt I can take an electric pump into the grounds with me and if I do I'm not sure where I'll feed. Hand expressing takes ages and if I'm supposed to be entertaining may come across as rude if I disappear. Do you think if I leave it I'll be too engorged? Will it effect my supply?

Thanks

one day won't effect your supply, but you might leak a lot, take a hand pump and it will come out easily, you can take yourself off for twenty minutes, a few times.
