Best bottles for newborn?

Does anyone have any tips on what kind of bottles to start with for a newborn baby?

I breastfed DD all the way through, so I am woefully ignorant.

We used Avent with newborn teats and no probs. From speaking to others TT closer to nature are good if you are going to attempt mixed feeding but we found the bulb of the teat way to big (31 weekers) but would be good for a term baby.

I've used TT from the start - DD is breast fed but has one expressed bottle per day and I've not had any problems.

I let my feeding get established and she's been having the 'daddy bottle' since around 7 weeks, no issues so far.

Brill, thank you. I'm a foster carer and need to be prepared, so this is fab.

We tried DD with the daddy bottle and she completely refused! Next time I'm starting earlier because I didn't get a full nights sleep for 10 months :(

I used TT. With no problems. But my DF has just had a DS and has brought Dr Browns bottles as he had bad wind and coliec. They worked like a charm.

NUK bottles and teats were the ones recommended to us by the SCBU.
