2wk ebf DS - normal for milk to come out of nose when sick?

DS is DC2 and is a very sicky baby - vomitting or possetting after each feed & often vomitting between feeds too. When DS is sick, not only does sick pour out of his mouth but often out of his nose too. Obviously I know the mouth & nose are connected but is this normal? It seems a bit extreme although DS doesn't seem at all bothered by it.

Mine did this too, it gradually stopped. I was told by the MW not to worry about that.

My DS did this too - he improved but was sicky until he was a year old. He grew out of it completely then. DD not so much - but she was less sicky generally.
