Ebm moved to freezer after 4 days in fridge. Will it still be ok?

Ds4 had to go to nnu for a couple of weeks and in that time I built up quite a store of breast milk. When we left hospital I brought it home and popped if in the freezer. It had probably been in the fridge 4-5 days by then. I am loathed to throw it away but want to be safe.

Would you use it or not?

This is Kellymom.com's information on storing milk for premature/hospitalised babies (I don't know why baby was in NNU) and it states 48hours max in fridge if then freezing. The healthy & full term baby guidelines doesn't give a time frame to freeze refridgerated milk unfortunately.

Thanks. He was born at 35 weeks and had to be tube fed until he got the hang if latching on. He is now bf well. Looks like I will have to throw it away unfortunately as I would rather be safe.
