My 4 month old seems to have forgotten how to latch, my nipples are coming out shaped like a lipstick. She has a posterior tongue tie which was discovered at twelve weeks. We saw two surgeons neither of whom thought cutting would help and with help of a LC we paid to come to the house it did get better. She seemingly doesn't know how to latch and taking her on and relatching doesn't seem to help ... She also willonly let you do it twice before losing interest (is a madam like her mum). She has started waking at night and is full of wind which wasn't a problem before.
